EasySet LLC Responsibilities

EasySet LLC ("EasySet") operates the LockDown Plan platform, which includes the website, web application, and corresponding servers. This Privacy Policy informs LockDown Plan account holders ("Clients") and account users ("Users") regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal and professional information through the use of the LockDown Plan platform. Absolutely no Client data collected while using LockDown Plan is provided or sold to any third party for commercial use.

EasySet maintains a wide variety of compliance programs that validate our security controls. EasySet safeguards the security of Client data during transmission to or from the LockDown Plan platform by using encryption protocols and security software. EasySet maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in connection with the collection, storage, and disclosure of Client or personal information. EasySet's security procedures may require proof of identity before disclosure of personal information to the Client or User.

EasySet is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. With respect to personal data received or transferred, EasySet is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In certain situations, EasySet may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. If requested by law, and within the legal confines of the request, EasySet will notify the Client of the data request within 7 business days of initial notification.

To process payments, EasySet follows the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) applied by third party services when handling credit card data.

B

Client and User Responsibilities

Clients and Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their designated account(s), regardless of whether the activities are authorized by the Client or undertaken by the Client's employees or a third party. EasySet LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for unauthorized access to a Client's account.

Client Data: The Client will ensure that their content and their users' use of that content will not violate any applicable policies or laws. The Client is solely responsible for the development, content, operation, maintenance, and use of the content stored on LockDown Plan.

Security and Backups: The Client is responsible for properly configuring and using the LockDown Plan platform and otherwise taking appropriate action to secure, protect, and back up accounts and content in a manner that provides appropriate security and protection, which might include the use of encryption to protect content from unauthorized access and routinely archiving exported plans and reports.

Log-In Credentials: LockDown Plan log-in credentials are for Client and User internal use only. Clients and Users will not sell, transfer, or sublicense credentials to any other entity or person, except to agents and subcontractors performing work on their behalf.

Authorized Users: The Client is responsible for all authorized users' use of the LockDown Plan platform. If a Client becomes aware of any violation of this Privacy Policy caused by an authorized user, the Client will immediately suspend that user's access. EasySet does not provide support or services directly to end users unless separately agreed.

By choosing to use LockDown Plan, the Client and User agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy and applicable local, U.S. federal law, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Data collected by EasySet, such as email addresses and usage statistics, may be used internally to improve the LockDown Plan platform. Client personal information will be kept confidential. EasySet will not transfer any personal or sensitive information to a third party without the Client's consent unless legally required.

C

Information Collection and Use

While using LockDown Plan, EasySet may request the Client to provide personally identifiable information, including but not limited to name, phone number, email address, and postal address. For access to the platform (excluding payment information), only a verified email address is required. This information is used to contact the Client, identify users, process payments when applicable, and generate LockDown Plan products and reports.

Any data deleted by the Client or User from their account, including plans, protocols, images, logos, or uploads of any kind, are deleted from EasySet servers within twenty-four (24) hours. Backup data is overwritten every twenty-four (24) hours. Not all information deleted intentionally or accidentally can be restored, even within the twenty-four (24) hour window. All deletions exceeding twenty-four (24) hours are permanent and final. Unless otherwise requested, all data associated with an account will be permanently deleted ninety (90) days after the account has been disabled.

Log Data: When a Client or User visits the LockDown Plan platform, EasySet collects standard information that the browser sends, referred to as Log Data. This may include the computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser version, pages visited, time and date of visit, time spent on pages, and other behavioral statistics. This data is used only to identify improvements to the platform.

Cookies: LockDown Plan uses cookies — small text files that can be read by a web server — to store preferences and settings, help with sign-in, and analyze platform usage to improve user experience. Clients may accept or refuse cookies by adjusting browser settings. Choosing to refuse or delete cookies may impact platform functionality.

Service Providers: EasySet may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate services, provide services on our behalf, perform service-related functions, assist in analyzing platform usage, and monitor and protect Client information. These third parties have access to Client information only to perform these tasks and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
