LockDown Plan is a subscription based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed to assist organizations, security personnel, consultants, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, corporations, government agencies, religious institutions, military entities, and related organizations in developing, organizing, documenting, and managing lockdown and emergency response procedures.

The platform may include, without limitation:

1. Lockdown plan creation tools.
2. Customizable lockdown templates.
3. Room specific lockdown procedures.
4. Security post instructions.
5. Emergency drill planning and reporting.
6. PDF generation and export functionality.
7. Multi user collaboration features.
8. Administrative account management.
9. Statistical reporting features.
10. Uploading and storing photographs and operational documentation.

The Services are intended solely for adults and organizations. You represent and warrant that:

1. You are at least 18 years old.
2. You have the authority to bind your organization.
3. Your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Services are not directed to minors.

To access the Services, users must create an account. You agree to:

1. Provide accurate and complete registration information.
2. Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
3. Immediately notify EasySet LLC of unauthorized access.
4. Ensure all authorized users comply with this Agreement.

Users may not:

1. Share account credentials with unauthorized persons.
2. Circumvent account limitations or subscription restrictions.
3. Create fraudulent accounts.
4. Access accounts belonging to other users.

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

Users may not:

1. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
2. Conduct unauthorized penetration testing or security testing.
3. Share credentials with unauthorized users.
4. Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
5. Upload malicious software or harmful content.
6. Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
7. Interfere with platform operations.
8. Copy or redistribute proprietary templates.
9. Distribute lockdown plans without proper authorization.
10. Use the Services in violation of export control laws.
11. Use the platform to threaten, harass, or endanger individuals.

EasySet LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating this Agreement.

The platform may contain sensitive operational, security, emergency response, facility, and procedural information. Users acknowledge and agree that:

1. They are solely responsible for determining what information is uploaded.
2. They are responsible for maintaining appropriate internal access controls.
3. Downloaded PDFs and exported files are under the user's sole control.
4. EasySet LLC is not responsible for unauthorized disclosures caused by users or third parties.

Users are strongly encouraged to implement internal security and confidentiality protocols.

LockDown Plan is a planning and documentation platform only. EasySet LLC does not guarantee:

1. Prevention of injuries or fatalities.
2. Successful lockdown execution.
3. Emergency response effectiveness.
4. Compliance with every jurisdictional requirement.
5. Accuracy of user entered data.
6. Suitability for any specific facility.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing all plans, validating procedures, conducting training, ensuring regulatory compliance, and consulting legal, safety, and emergency management professionals.

The Services are not a substitute for professional emergency management consultation, legal review, law enforcement guidance, or facility security assessments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasySet LLC and its officers, members, employees, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and suppliers shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages; loss of data or profits; business interruption; security incidents; personal injury; death; property damage; failure of emergency procedures; or unauthorized access to exported documents.

This limitation applies regardless of legal theory. The total aggregate liability of EasySet LLC shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the user during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless EasySet LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from: user content, violation of this Agreement, misuse of the Services, regulatory violations, negligence, emergency response failures, and unauthorized disclosures caused by users.

Platform data is hosted in the United States. EasySet LLC uses commercially reasonable measures to protect stored information, including encryption and restricted administrative access.

Deleted plans are permanently removed from active systems. Inactive accounts may be deleted approximately three months after inactivity or subscription expiration. Users are responsible for maintaining backup copies of exported reports and plans.

EasySet LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures, hosting interruptions, cybersecurity incidents, or force majeure events. EasySet LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

EasySet LLC may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of this Agreement, non payment, security risks, fraudulent conduct, or abuse of the Services. Users may terminate subscriptions at any time, however no refunds shall be provided.

Upon termination: access rights immediately cease, certain data may be deleted, and legal obligations surviving termination remain enforceable.
